Once your holiday dates have been confirmed for availability a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required within 7 days of the enquiry to confirm your chosen week. The remainder of the balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday, failure to pay balance can result in you losing your week as we will rebook to someone else if this is not paid. Maize & pellets to be ordered 2 weeks prior your arrival and paid in euro's on arrival along with any boillies ect.
No dogs are allowed on site and No children under the age of 8 years old.

Liability >>
​The owners of Tranquillity Lakes accept no liability in anyway for the loss, theft or damage to any guest property/ equipment or of any injury caused whilst on the fishery in these cases we will not be liable for any refund or compensation. Your own insurance has to cover this.
We would advise everyone to have adequate travel insurances in place to protect themselves from accidents or damage/Theft to equipment or events occurring beyond our control. You must inform us of any serious medical condition you may have prior to booking.

Cancellation of your confirmed booking can only be accepted in writing, and the following cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellation 8 weeks or more before travel date, deposit only forfeited.
Cancellation 6 weeks before travel date 50% of holiday minus deposit cost forfeited.
Cancellation if less than 6 weeks before travel date: full cost of holiday forfeited. (No Refund will be given)

Making the most of your trip...

We offer a food package which includes a daily breakfast baguette deliverd to your swim in the morning and evening meal with dessert and a beer.
Alternatively you can purchase a plain daily baguette or just the breakfast baguette (ordered evening before) which will be delivered each morning to your swim.

There is a small supermarket, Tabac , bakers and petrol station 3 minute drive away in the town of Mouzon, and 5 minutes into the town of Douzy is a Tabac bar and shop.
